Our approach to serve you is easy as 1-2-3. Our step by step approach are as follows:

• You may also contact us for pre-business advice before appointing us as an accountant (phone, email or face-to-face).
• When you ready to go with us, we will ask you for copy of your photo ID and proof of address for customer verification purpose
• We verify your ID and proof of address by different ways. This verification is to recognize that 'you are you' as you are claiming.
• When we accept you as a client, we will send you formal documents to authorise us as an accountant.

Regarding payment of our fee, we accept one-off payment or standing order on monthly basis. If you are willing to pay one-off payment, you can do so by using  online transfer. If you are willing to pay by standing order, you can create it by using your own online banking system or we will send you instruction form for this.

• We guarantee to meet the deadlines or the date provided by us. We will get you refunded if we can't make our promise.
